The Principle of Taking on the Mind of Christ"Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant" The Principle of Consideration of Chrisitan Brothers and Sisters"Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on disputable matters...For none of us lives to himself alone and none of us dies to himself alone...Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another...Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in your brother's way" (Romans 14:1,7,13). We must be cautious about careless attitudes and behaviors which could invite ruin for others. The truly mature Christian willingly sacrifices his freedoms to provide time and an environment for the Christian growth of himself and others. The Principle of Freedom in Christ "'This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time,' declares the Lord. 'I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people" (Jeremiah 31:33). Freedom in Christ is not a matter of "law" or "no law." Rather, freedom in Christ is having moved from the law as external ("I have to") to the law as internal ("I want to"). This "law written on the heart" is the goal of Jeremiah's vision regarding God's people, and it is the goal of CFN in establishing standards.
